Last modified: January 15, 2026

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by AIROMAX LTD to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.

1. Our Business

AIROMAX LTD is a UK-based company operating in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) sector. We provide air conditioning installation, heating solutions, servicing, maintenance, and repair services to both commercial and domestic customers across England.

We are committed to conducting our business ethically and responsibly. Ensuring that modern slavery or human trafficking does not occur within any part of our business or supply chain is a fundamental part of our values.

2. Our Commitment

AIROMAX LTD maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. We are dedicated to:

  • Acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

  • Implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery.

  • Ensuring transparency throughout our business and supply chains.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains primarily include:

  • HVAC equipment manufacturers and wholesalers.

  • Suppliers of HVAC units, spare parts, tools, and installation materials.

  • Subcontracted engineering and specialist trade services where required.

We expect all suppliers, contractors, and partners to uphold the same high standards and to operate in full compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

4. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We continually assess potential risks related to modern slavery within our operations. While the overall risk in our sector is relatively low, we recognise that risks may exist, particularly in:

  • Overseas manufacturing of HVAC equipment and components.

  • Use of subcontracted labour in installation or repair work.

Our due diligence measures include:

  • Conducting supplier assessments before establishing business relationships.

  • Requesting confirmation that suppliers adhere to anti-slavery policies.

  • Monitoring industry guidance and best practice to strengthen our processes.

5. Policies and Controls

AIROMAX LTD has implemented internal policies designed to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act, including:

  • Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

  • Supplier Code of Conduct

  • Whistleblowing Policy, enabling concerns to be reported confidentially

  • Recruitment Policy, ensuring all employees have the legal right to work in the UK and are employed voluntarily

We do not tolerate any form of forced or involuntary labour and expect the same from all parties within our supply chain.

6. Training and Awareness

To maintain awareness of the risks of modern slavery:

  • Our management team receives updated guidance on identifying and preventing modern slavery.

  • Staff involved in procurement and supply chain management receive appropriate training.

  • We promote a culture where employees feel confident reporting concerns without fear of retaliation.

7. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

We regularly review the effectiveness of the steps we take to combat modern slavery. Over the coming year, we aim to:

  • Strengthen supplier vetting and monitoring procedures.

  • Increase training and awareness across the business.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of our policies and risk assessments.

8. Approval

This Modern Slavery Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of AIROMAX LTD and will be reviewed annually.
